Notifications tell you when something needs you: a colleague mentioned you, a task was assigned to you, or Superhawk finished something you were waiting on.

Filtering the feed

  • All — everything
  • People — mentions, replies, and assignments from colleagues
  • Agent — activity from Superhawk itself
  • Unread — what you have not seen
The People and Agent split is the useful one. A colleague waiting on your reply is a different kind of urgent from a brief that generated overnight.

Agent activity

Notifications about Superhawk’s own work carry a phase, so you can tell what is finished from what is still running: queued, running, or stopping.

Email

Some notifications are also sent by email. Each carries its email status, so you can tell whether a message was sent, is pending, or failed.

Slack

With Slack connected, notifications can be delivered to a channel or by direct message, so you do not have to be in Superhawk to know something needs you.
