The Inbox is where the work lands. When Superhawk raises a signal that needs action, notices a commitment made on a call, or sees something in an account plan that is due, it drafts the task with the context already attached. The point is that you should not have to reconstruct the situation before you can act on it. The task arrives with the account, the evidence, and usually a draft of the thing itself.

What a task carries

Kinds of task

  • Email — a drafted message to a customer contact, which you review and send
  • CRM update — a change to make in your CRM, drafted for approval
  • Document — something to produce, such as a summary or a plan
  • Cadence — a recurring touchpoint that has come due
  • Task — everything else
Superhawk drafts. It does not send, and it does not write to your CRM on its own. Every outbound action is something you approve.

Filtering the Inbox

By horizon for what is urgent, by scope for what is yours:
  • Assigned to me — tasks you own
  • My accounts — everything on the accounts you are responsible for
  • Created by me — tasks you raised
  • All — the whole workspace
Also filter by state, account, category, and source.
Working by horizon rather than by account is usually faster. Today across twelve accounts is a coherent hour of work; one account’s full task list rarely is.

Opening a task

The task detail page gives you:
  • The full description and any drafted content
  • The account, with a link through to it
  • The evidence it came from, including the originating signal
  • Its history, including who moved it and when
  • Comments, for the conversation about it
