The HubSpot integration connects your CRM data to Superhawk AI, bringing email intelligence, deal tracking, and contact management into your trial workflows. See which emails were sent to trial contacts, track deal progression, and keep your CRM and Superhawk AI in sync without manual data entry.

Prerequisites

  • A HubSpot account with Super Admin or App Marketplace access permissions
  • Workspace admin permissions in Superhawk AI

Setup

1

Open integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Superhawk AI workspace.
2

Find HubSpot

Locate HubSpot under the CRM category.
3

Start the connection

Click Connect on the HubSpot card.
4

Authorize Superhawk AI

You will be redirected to HubSpot. Review the requested permissions and click Connect app to authorize Superhawk AI.
5

Select data to sync

Choose which HubSpot objects to sync with Superhawk AI:
  • Deals — sync deal stages, amounts, and close dates
  • Contacts — sync contact details and associations
  • Emails — pull in email activity linked to trial contacts
6

Map fields

Map your HubSpot fields to Superhawk AI fields. Superhawk AI provides default mappings for common fields, but you can customize them to match your team’s HubSpot configuration.
7

Save

Click Save to activate the integration. The initial sync may take a few minutes depending on the volume of data in your HubSpot account.

Configuration Options

After connecting HubSpot, you can adjust settings from Settings > Integrations > HubSpot.
  • Sync frequency — control how often Superhawk AI pulls updates from HubSpot (e.g., every 15 minutes, hourly, or daily).
  • Field mapping — update which HubSpot fields map to Superhawk AI fields at any time.
  • Two-way sync — enable bidirectional sync so changes made in Superhawk AI are pushed back to HubSpot.
After connecting HubSpot, link your CRM accounts to trials in Superhawk AI for the best experience. See managing accounts for details.

Troubleshooting

If the OAuth authorization fails, make sure your HubSpot user has Super Admin permissions or explicit App Marketplace access. Users with limited permissions may not be able to install third-party integrations.
If specific fields are not syncing, check your field mappings. Custom HubSpot properties need to be explicitly mapped in Superhawk AI before their data will appear.
