Superhawk used to have a separate Trials section where you created a trial, gave it dates, and linked a CRM account to it. That is gone. Trials are now a type of account, not a separate object.

What changed

Nothing was lost. The Hawkeye view, key outcomes, feature usage, and user breakdown all still exist — they moved from being standalone reports to being tabs on the account they describe, which is where people were always trying to find them.

Working with trial accounts

In a trial or hybrid workspace, trial accounts appear on Home (or under Trial Intelligence in hybrid mode). Open one and you get four tabs:

Hawkeye View

The summary read on the evaluation.

Key Outcomes

What they need to see to buy, and progress against it.

Feature Usage

Depth and breadth of exploration.

User Breakdown

Who is evaluating, and how concentrated the usage is.
There is a fifth view, Other Feature Asks, collecting requests raised on calls that fall outside what they came to evaluate. These are often the clearest expansion signal you will get.

What is different from a CS account

Health bands, renewal outlook, and churn risk are CS concepts and do not apply to a trial. A trial is assessed on evaluation progress instead: are the right people in the product, are they reaching the outcomes they said they needed, is the exploration broadening or stalling, and what did they ask for that you have not shown them. Signals, tasks, briefs, chat, and memory all work the same way on a trial account as on a CS account.
