Finding Your Way Around - Superhawk AI

Superhawk ships two navigations. Which one you see is set per workspace, so check yours against the descriptions below before following a step-by-step guide elsewhere in this help center. The default. A labelled sidebar down the left, with your workspace switcher at the top.

The rail

A newer, icon-based rail, enabled per workspace. It puts more of the product one click away and adds surfaces the classic sidebar does not carry.

The rail also carries a command palette for jumping straight to an account or surface, and a chat entry for asking questions in plain language.

If a page in this help center describes a surface you cannot find, your workspace is most likely on the classic sidebar. Ask your Superhawk representative about enabling the rail.
