Custom apps are standalone pages published into your Superhawk workspace and opened from the navigation. They exist for views that matter to your team specifically and do not belong in the core product: a renewals board shaped the way your team runs renewals, a QBR pack for one segment, an onboarding tracker.

How they work

A custom app is a self-contained page. Once published it appears in the Custom Apps menu, opens inside Superhawk, and is available to your workspace. Each app has a status:
  • Draft — exists in the build and preview loop only, and is not on the menu
  • Published — live, and exactly the content that was approved
Apps are grouped by category, such as renewals, so a workspace with many stays navigable.

Safety

Custom apps are served from an isolated origin, separate from the rest of the product. Published content is scanned before it goes live, and what is served is byte-for-byte what was approved — a published app cannot change underneath you.
Publishing and unpublishing are administrative actions. If you need a new custom app, or a change to an existing one, talk to your workspace admin or your Superhawk representative.

Provenance

Each app carries provenance showing where it came from and when it was published, so you can tell how current the view you are looking at is.
