The Salesforce integration synchronizes deals and contacts between Salesforce and Superhawk AI. Keep your trial data aligned with your CRM by automatically syncing opportunities, contacts, and accounts so your team always has the latest information in both systems.

Prerequisites

  • A Salesforce account with administrator permissions (required for OAuth authorization)
  • Workspace admin permissions in Superhawk AI

Setup

1

Open integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Superhawk AI workspace.
2

Find Salesforce

Locate Salesforce under the CRM category.
3

Start the connection

Click Connect on the Salesforce card.
4

Authorize via Salesforce OAuth

You will be redirected to Salesforce. Sign in and click Allow to grant Superhawk AI access to your Salesforce data.
5

Select objects to sync

Choose which Salesforce objects to sync with Superhawk AI:
  • Opportunities — sync deal stages, amounts, and close dates
  • Contacts — sync contact details and roles
  • Accounts — sync company information and account hierarchies
6

Configure field mappings

Map your Salesforce fields to Superhawk AI fields. Superhawk AI provides default mappings for standard Salesforce fields, and you can add custom field mappings for any custom objects or fields in your Salesforce org.
7

Save

Click Save to activate the integration. The initial sync may take several minutes depending on the size of your Salesforce data.

Configuration Options

After connecting Salesforce, you can adjust settings from Settings > Integrations > Salesforce.
  • Sync direction — choose between one-way sync (Salesforce to Superhawk AI), or two-way sync to push updates from Superhawk AI back into Salesforce.
  • Field mapping — customize which Salesforce fields map to Superhawk AI fields, including custom objects and fields.
  • Refresh interval — set how frequently Superhawk AI checks Salesforce for updates (e.g., every 15 minutes, hourly, or daily).
After connecting Salesforce, link your CRM accounts to trials in Superhawk AI for a unified view. See managing accounts for details.

Troubleshooting

If the OAuth authorization fails, verify that your Salesforce user has administrator permissions. Salesforce may also block third-party OAuth connections if your org has IP restrictions or connected app policies enabled — check with your Salesforce admin.
If you use a Salesforce sandbox environment for testing, make sure to select the Sandbox option during the connection step. Sandbox and production environments use different OAuth endpoints.
