Trial Analysis Reports are AI-generated deep dives into individual trials. They combine data from session recordings, CRM activity, and call transcripts to give you a comprehensive understanding of how a customer’s evaluation is progressing.

What’s Included in a Trial Analysis

Each report covers:
  • Engagement patterns — How often and how deeply the prospect is using your product, including session frequency and duration
  • Feature usage — Which features the prospect is exploring and which they are ignoring
  • Sentiment from calls — AI-analyzed tone and themes from call transcripts and communications
  • Activity timeline — A chronological view of key events during the trial
  • Recommended actions — Specific next steps suggested by the AI based on the data

How to Generate a Trial Analysis

Review the engagement metrics section to see quantitative data about product usage, communication frequency, and feature adoption.
5

Review recommended next steps

At the bottom of the report, you’ll find AI-recommended actions. These are tailored suggestions based on the specific patterns found in this trial’s data.
Trial Analysis Reports are generated by Superhawk AI’s AI agents. The analysis is only as good as the data available — make sure your integrations are connected and syncing so the AI has access to session recordings, CRM data, and call transcripts.

Keeping Reports Up to Date

Trial data changes over time as prospects continue their evaluation. You can re-run the analysis at any point to get an updated report. See Running Agents for details on triggering a new analysis.
Compare reports from different points in the trial to track trends. Is engagement increasing or decreasing? Are new features being adopted? Tracking these changes over time gives you a clearer picture of trial trajectory.
