Key Outcomes surfaces the most actionable insights across all your trials. Rather than reviewing each trial individually, Key Outcomes gives you a prioritized list of AI-identified patterns that need your attention.

What Key Outcomes Surfaces

The insights you’ll see in Key Outcomes include:
  • Declining engagement — Trials where product usage or communication frequency has dropped significantly
  • Champion changes — When a key contact at the trial company changes roles, leaves, or becomes less active
  • Feature adoption signals — Notable changes in which features are being used or ignored
  • Positive momentum — Trials showing strong engagement growth or expanding user adoption
  • Timeline alerts — Trials approaching their end date without clear buying signals
Each outcome includes context about why it was flagged and which trial it relates to.

How Outcomes Are Generated

Key Outcomes are produced by Superhawk AI’s AI agents. The agents analyze data across all your trials and identify patterns that stand out — things that are changing, things that look unusual, or things that match known risk or success patterns. For more on how AI agents work, see Interpreting Results. To understand the full analysis behind any outcome, open the related Trial Analysis Report.
