How to Create a Trial
Enter trial name and details
Give your trial a descriptive name (e.g., the company name or deal name). Add any relevant notes or context about the evaluation.
Link a CRM account
If you have a CRM integration connected, search for and select the CRM account associated with this trial. This pulls in contacts, deal information, and email activity automatically.
Set trial dates
Set the start and expected end dates for the trial. These dates help Superhawk AI track the trial timeline and flag trials that are approaching their deadline.
If you don’t have a CRM integration connected yet, you can still create a trial and link an account later. The CRM account step is optional during creation.
What Happens Next
After creating a trial, Superhawk AI begins collecting and organizing data:- CRM data syncs automatically if an account is linked
- Session recordings associated with the account start appearing in the trial
- AI analysis becomes available once there is enough data to analyze
