The Hawkeye View is your command center — a high-level dashboard that shows all active trials, their health scores, engagement metrics, and risk indicators in one place. It is designed to help you quickly understand the state of your trial pipeline without digging into each trial individually.

What You’ll See

The Hawkeye View dashboard includes:
  • Trial health scores — An overall health rating for each active trial based on engagement, sentiment, and activity trends
  • Engagement metrics — How actively prospects are using your product and communicating with your team
  • Risk indicators — Flags for trials showing signs of declining interest or stalled activity
  • Status breakdown — A summary of how many trials are Active, At Risk, Won, or Lost

Understanding Health Scores

Health scores are calculated by Superhawk AI’s AI based on multiple signals:
  • Product engagement — How frequently and deeply the prospect is using your product
  • Communication activity — Email, call, and meeting frequency with your team
  • Sentiment trends — Whether the tone of calls and communications is positive, neutral, or negative
  • Timeline progress — How far along the trial is relative to its expected end date
A declining health score is an early warning sign. Check the trial’s detailed analysis to understand what is driving the change and what actions you can take.
