  • Active — The customer is currently evaluating your product. Sessions are being recorded and data is flowing in.
  • At Risk — Superhawk AI has detected signals that the trial may not convert, such as declining engagement or negative sentiment.
  • Won — The customer has converted from trial to a paying customer.
  • Lost — The trial ended without conversion.
