How AI Agents Work
The primary agent in Superhawk AI is the Trial Analyst. It processes multiple data sources to produce comprehensive trial reports:- Session recordings — The agent analyzes product usage patterns, feature adoption, and engagement frequency
- CRM data — Account activity, deal progression, contact changes, and email communication are all factored in
- Call transcripts — Sentiment, key topics, objections, and commitments from sales and support calls are extracted and analyzed
