Linking an Account to a Trial
Search for a CRM account
Type the company name in the search field. Superhawk AI searches your connected CRM for matching accounts.
You need a connected CRM integration to search for and link accounts. See the HubSpot setup guide if you haven’t connected your CRM yet.
What Account Data Includes
Once an account is linked to a trial, Superhawk AI pulls in and organizes the following data:- Contacts — The people at the company involved in the trial, synced from your CRM
- Deals — Associated deal records and their current stage
- Email activity — Communication history between your team and the account’s contacts
- Session recordings — Product usage sessions recorded during the trial period
Managing Multiple Accounts
A single trial can have multiple accounts linked to it. This is useful for:- Trials involving parent and subsidiary companies
- Multi-department evaluations within a large organization
