The Gong integration brings call recordings, buyer sentiment analysis, and feature request tracking into Superhawk AI. When your sales and customer success teams have calls with trial prospects, Superhawk AI automatically links those conversations to the relevant trial, giving you a complete picture of what buyers are saying, feeling, and requesting.

Prerequisites

  • A Gong account with admin permissions (required to authorize third-party integrations)
  • Workspace admin permissions in Superhawk AI
Only Gong workspace admins can authorize the Superhawk AI connection. If you are not a Gong admin, ask your Gong administrator to complete the authorization step.

Setup

Open integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Superhawk AI workspace.

Find Gong

Locate Gong under the Conversation Intelligence category.

Start the connection

Click Connect on the Gong card.

Authenticate with Gong

You will be redirected to Gong. Sign in with your Gong admin account and authorize Superhawk AI to access your call data.

Configure sync preferences

Choose how Superhawk AI handles your Gong data:
  • Automatic sync — new call recordings are automatically pulled into Superhawk AI as they become available
  • Sentiment analysis — enable buyer sentiment scoring for synced calls
  • Feature request extraction — automatically identify and tag feature requests mentioned during calls

Save

Click Save to activate the integration. Superhawk AI will begin syncing your existing recordings and will automatically pick up new ones going forward.

Configuration Options

After connecting Gong, you can adjust settings from Settings > Integrations > Gong.
  • Automatic sync — toggle whether new recordings are synced automatically or on demand.
  • Sentiment analysis — enable or disable buyer sentiment scoring on synced calls.
  • Feature request extraction — turn automatic feature request detection on or off.

Troubleshooting

If the authorization step fails, confirm that you are signing in with a Gong account that has admin permissions. Standard Gong users cannot authorize third-party integrations.
If calls are not appearing in Superhawk AI after setup, allow up to 15 minutes for the initial sync to complete. Gong processes recordings asynchronously, so recently completed calls may take a few minutes to become available.
