Prerequisites
- A Gong account with admin permissions (required to authorize third-party integrations)
- Workspace admin permissions in Superhawk AI
Only Gong workspace admins can authorize the Superhawk AI connection. If you are not a Gong admin, ask your Gong administrator to complete the authorization step.
Setup
Authenticate with Gong
You will be redirected to Gong. Sign in with your Gong admin account and authorize Superhawk AI to access your call data.
Configure sync preferences
Choose how Superhawk AI handles your Gong data:
- Automatic sync — new call recordings are automatically pulled into Superhawk AI as they become available
- Sentiment analysis — enable buyer sentiment scoring for synced calls
- Feature request extraction — automatically identify and tag feature requests mentioned during calls
Configuration Options
After connecting Gong, you can adjust settings from Settings > Integrations > Gong.- Automatic sync — toggle whether new recordings are synced automatically or on demand.
- Sentiment analysis — enable or disable buyer sentiment scoring on synced calls.
- Feature request extraction — turn automatic feature request detection on or off.
