Slack is how Superhawk reaches people who are not going to open the dashboard. Notifications, alerts, and drafted work can be delivered to a channel or by direct message.
Prerequisites
- Permission to authorise apps in your Slack workspace
- The
integrations permission in your Superhawk workspace
Connecting
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations and find Slack under Communications.
Click Connect
You will be redirected to Slack.
Authorize Superhawk
Review the requested permissions and approve the app.
Choose where messages go
Select the channel or channels Superhawk should post to.
What gets delivered
- Notifications — mentions, task assignments, and agent activity
- Signal alerts — when something significant is raised on an account
- Brief ready — when meeting prep has been generated
Route notifications to the channel the account team already lives in rather than creating a dedicated Superhawk channel. A channel people already read gets acted on; one they have to remember to check does not.
Troubleshooting
If the connection fails, check that pop-ups are not blocked — the OAuth flow opens in a new window. If it still fails, you may not have permission to authorise apps in your Slack workspace; ask your Slack admin.
