The Slack integration delivers trial intelligence notifications directly to your team’s Slack channels. Get alerted when trial milestones are reached, risk signals appear, or key events happen — without leaving Slack. You can also enable direct message notifications so individual team members receive updates relevant to their assigned trials.

Prerequisites

  • A Slack workspace where you have permission to install apps
  • Workspace admin permissions in Superhawk AI

Setup

1

Open integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Superhawk AI workspace.
2

Find Slack

Locate Slack under the Communication & Collaboration category.
3

Start the connection

Click Connect on the Slack card.
4

Authorize Superhawk AI

You will be redirected to Slack. Review the permissions and click Allow to authorize Superhawk AI in your Slack workspace.
5

Select a notification channel

Back in Superhawk AI, choose a Slack channel from the dropdown where trial notifications will be posted.
6

Enable DM notifications (optional)

Toggle Send DM notifications to users if you want individual team members to receive direct messages for trials they are assigned to.
7

Save

Click Save to activate the integration. Notifications will start appearing in your selected channel immediately.

Configuration Options

After connecting Slack, you can adjust settings from Settings > Integrations > Slack.
  • Notification channel — change the channel where trial notifications are posted at any time.
  • DM notifications — toggle direct message notifications on or off for individual users.
Superhawk AI can only post to public channels or private channels that the Superhawk AI bot has been invited to. If you don’t see a channel in the dropdown, invite the Superhawk AI bot to that channel first.
To learn more about the types of notifications Superhawk AI sends, see the trials overview.

Troubleshooting

If notifications stop appearing, check that the Superhawk AI bot has not been removed from the notification channel. You can re-invite the bot by typing /invite @SuperhawkAI in the channel.
If the channel dropdown is empty, make sure you completed the OAuth authorization step. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration to re-authorize.
