Once you sign up and log in for the first time, Superhawk AI gets you up and running with minimal effort. Here’s what to expect and how to make the most of your initial setup.

Your Default Workspace

After signup, Superhawk AI automatically creates a workspace called “My Workspace” for you. This is your starting point — you can rename it later, invite teammates, and start configuring integrations right away. There’s no additional setup required to begin exploring the platform.

The Dashboard

The Superhawk AI dashboard is your home base. Here’s a quick tour of what you’ll see:
  • Sidebar navigation — Access your trials, reports, integrations, AI agents, and workspace settings. If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them.
  • Trials overview — See all your active and completed trials at a glance, along with their current status and health indicators.
  • Quick actions — Create new trials, run AI agents, and generate reports directly from the dashboard.

Invite your team

Connect your integrations

Link Superhawk AI to your CRM, Slack, analytics tools, and conversation intelligence platforms. This lets Superhawk AI pull in the data it needs to give you a complete picture of each trial.Browse available integrations

Create your first trial

Set up a trial for a current prospect. Once a trial is created, you can link accounts, track sessions, and start generating insights.Create a trial
