Create a personal API key in PostHog
In PostHog, create a personal API key with read access to the relevant project.

Open Integrations in Superhawk
Go to Integrations and find PostHog under Product & Analytics.

Paste the key
Superhawk verifies it immediately and lists the projects it can see. If no projects come back, the key does not have access to any.

Wait for the first sync
Historical events are pulled in first, which takes longer than subsequent syncs.
Mapping events to features
Raw events are not useful on their own. Superhawk maps them onto the feature catalog you define, so usage reads in your product’s vocabulary rather than as event names. Set this up in Features & Modules. Without it, usage arrives but cannot be read as adoption.What it feeds

- Account health — usage trend as a health factor
- Signals — adoption gaps, usage collapse, expansion indicators
- User breakdown — who at the account is active
