Amplitude gives Superhawk the product-usage side of the picture: which features an account uses, how often, and whether that is going up or down.

Get your Amplitude keys

In Amplitude, go to Settings → Projects and copy the API Key and the Secret Key for the project you want to connect.

Open Integrations in Superhawk

Go to Integrations and find Amplitude under Product & Analytics.

Enter the keys and choose your region

Paste both keys, then select your Amplitude region:
  • US for amplitude.com
  • EU for analytics.eu.amplitude.com

Wait for the first sync

Historical events are pulled in first, which takes longer than subsequent syncs.
Get the region right. Choosing the wrong one produces an authentication failure rather than wrong data, so it fails loudly — but it is the most common reason a correct set of keys is rejected. Check which Amplitude URL your team actually logs in at.

Mapping events to features

Raw Amplitude events are not useful on their own. Superhawk maps them onto the feature catalog you define, so usage reads in your product’s own vocabulary rather than as event names. Set this up in Features & Modules. Without it, usage data arrives but cannot be read as adoption.
