# Managing Members

> How to invite and manage workspace members in Superhawk AI.

You can invite anyone on your team to join your Superhawk AI workspace. Once they're in, they'll have access to trials, reports, and integrations based on their assigned role.

## Inviting Members

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open workspace settings">
    Click on **Settings** in the sidebar, then select **Members**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Invite">
    Click the **Invite** button at the top of the members page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the email address">
    Type in the email address of the person you want to invite. You can invite one person at a time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send or copy the invite link">
    Choose to either send the invite directly via email or copy the invite link to share it yourself (for example, through Slack or another messaging tool).
  </Step>
</Steps>

## How the Invite Flow Works

When someone receives your invite, here's what happens:

1. They click the invite link.
2. If they already have a Superhawk AI account, they sign in and are automatically added to your workspace.
3. If they don't have an account yet, they'll create one first, then be added to your workspace automatically.

<Tip>
  Invite links are tied to a specific workspace. The invitee will be added to the workspace the link was generated from, regardless of any other workspaces they may belong to.
</Tip>

## Removing Members

To remove someone from your workspace:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Members**.
2. Find the person in the member list.
3. Click the remove option next to their name.

<Warning>
  Removing a member revokes their access to the workspace immediately. They will no longer be able to view any trials, reports, or integrations in that workspace.
</Warning>
