# Creating Trials

> How to create and configure a new trial in Superhawk AI.

Creating a trial in Superhawk AI takes just a few steps. Once created, your trial becomes the central hub for tracking a customer's evaluation.

<Tip>
  Connect your CRM integration before creating trials. When your CRM is connected, Superhawk AI can automatically link accounts, contacts, and deal data to your trials. See [HubSpot](/integrations/crm/hubspot) or [Salesforce](/integrations/crm/salesforce) integration guides to get set up.
</Tip>

</Note>

## What Happens Next

After creating a trial, Superhawk AI begins collecting and organizing data:

* **CRM data** syncs automatically if an account is linked
* **Session recordings** associated with the account start appearing in the trial
* **AI analysis** becomes available once there is enough data to analyze

You can manage linked accounts and review trial data from the trial detail page. See [Managing Accounts](/trials/managing-accounts) for more on linking and organizing CRM accounts within trials.
