# Workspace Modes

> How CS, Trial, and Hybrid workspaces differ, and what each one shows.

Every workspace runs in one of three modes. The mode decides which sections appear in your navigation and which kind of account you work with. It is set when your workspace is provisioned -- contact your Superhawk representative to change it.

## CS Mode

For teams managing live customers. The workspace is built around renewal, retention, and adoption.

**You get:**

* **Home** -- your account portfolio with health, ARR, renewal dates, and owners
* **Account detail** -- health verdict, signals, calls, emails, tickets, contracts, contacts, adoption blockers, friction
* **Configure Metric** -- define the product metrics Superhawk tracks for your accounts
* Signals, tasks, briefs, and reports scoped to live customers

## Trial Mode

For teams running product evaluations with prospects.

**You get:**

* **Home** -- your trial accounts and how each evaluation is going
* **Account detail** -- the Hawkeye view, key outcomes, feature usage, user breakdown, and feature asks
* Signals, tasks, briefs, and reports scoped to trials

## Hybrid Mode

For teams doing both. The navigation splits into two named entries so the two motions stay separate:

* **Trial Intelligence** -- prospects in evaluation
* **CS Intelligence** -- live customers

Accounts carry a type (`trial` or `cs`) and appear under the matching section. Everything else -- integrations, team, signals, tasks, briefs -- is shared across both.

  Health, signals, and metrics are CS concepts. In a hybrid workspace they apply to your CS accounts. Trial accounts are assessed on evaluation progress instead: engagement, feature coverage, stakeholder spread, and outcomes reached.

## Which mode am I in?

Look at the top of your navigation:

| Both **Trial Intelligence** and **CS Intelligence** | Hybrid |
