# Customer Success

> Account health, churn risk, renewals, and the metrics behind them.

The Customer Success section is where you work your live customers: who is healthy, who is at risk, what is renewing, and what to do about it.

It is available in **CS** and **hybrid** workspaces. See [Workspace Modes](/getting-started/workspace-modes).

## The portfolio view

The CS home screen is your book of business, with the things you triage by on every row:

* **Health band** -- green, amber, red, or insufficient data
* **ARR** -- from your CRM
* **Renewal date** -- and how close it is
* **Owner** -- the CSM responsible
* **Open signals** and **open tasks**

Filter by health, by owner, by renewal window, by ARR band, or by country. Sort by whichever of those is driving your week.

## The panels on a CS account

Open an account and the evidence is organised into panels you can work through:

| Panel | What it holds |
| ---------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **Calls** | Analysed transcripts, with the quotes that mattered |
| **Emails** | Thread history with the account |
| **Contacts** | Stakeholders, roles, and how engaged each one is |
| **Contracts** | Contract records and terms |
| **Support tickets** | Volume, escalations, and recurring themes |
| **Action items** | Commitments made on calls, and whether they were kept |
| **Adoption blockers** | What is stopping the customer going deeper |
| **Friction** | Where the product is getting in their way |
| **Features & Modules** | What they use, and what they pay for and do not |
| **Signals** | Observations raised about this account |

Each panel is evidence, not opinion. When Superhawk asserts something in a health verdict or a signal, these panels are where the assertion came from.

## How to work it

**Weekly.** Sort the portfolio by health and work the reds and ambers. Read the health verdict, then the factors, then the panel the factors point at.

**Before any customer call.** Open the [brief](/briefs/overview). It is built for exactly this moment.

**Daily.** Check the [Inbox](/inbox/overview) for tasks Superhawk has drafted.

**At renewal.** Filter by renewal window, then read health and open outcomes together. An account can look green on usage and still be at risk if what they asked for was never delivered.
