The newsletter is a written digest of what moved across your accounts since the last one: which accounts changed band, which signals were raised, what is coming up for renewal, and what needs a decision. It exists for the reader who is not going to open the dashboard. A VP or a founder who wants to know where the book of business stands gets a page of prose rather than a screen of filters. ## What is in it * **Portfolio movement** -- accounts that changed health band, and why * **New signals worth surfacing** -- filtered to what actually warrants attention * **Renewal window** -- what is landing, and how each one looks * **Where a decision is needed** -- the accounts where somebody senior has to weigh in Every claim carries its evidence, so a reader who wants to check a statement can follow it back to the call, ticket, or metric behind it. ## Generating one Open **Newsletter** from the CS section, choose the period to cover, and generate. Review before sending -- the newsletter is a draft written from evidence, and you are the editor. The most useful newsletter is not the most complete one. Cut anything the reader cannot act on.
