# AI Agents

> Understanding Superhawk AI's AI-powered analysis agents.

Superhawk AI uses AI agents to automatically analyze your trial data and generate insights. Instead of manually reviewing session recordings, CRM updates, and call transcripts, you can let the AI do the heavy lifting and focus on acting on the results.

## How AI Agents Work

The primary agent in Superhawk AI is the **Trial Analyst**. It processes multiple data sources to produce comprehensive trial reports:

* **Session recordings** -- The agent analyzes product usage patterns, feature adoption, and engagement frequency
* **CRM data** -- Account activity, deal progression, contact changes, and email communication are all factored in
* **Call transcripts** -- Sentiment, key topics, objections, and commitments from sales and support calls are extracted and analyzed

Agents run in the background. You trigger an analysis, and Superhawk AI notifies you when the results are ready. There's no need to wait on the page -- you can continue working and come back to the results later.

## What Agents Produce

When an agent completes a run, it generates:

* **Engagement scores** for the trial
* **Sentiment analysis** from calls and communications
* **Feature adoption metrics** showing what the prospect is and isn't using
* **Risk indicators** that flag potential problems
* **Recommended actions** you can take to improve trial outcomes
