# User Breakdown

> Who at the account is actually in the product, and how the usage is spread.

User Breakdown answers a question the aggregate numbers hide: is this account's usage coming from a team, or from one person?

## What you see

Every user Superhawk has seen at the account, with:

* **Role** -- what they do, where it is known
* **Activity level** -- how much they use the product, and how recently
* **Segment** -- Superhawk groups users as **Focused** (deep, regular use) or **Casual** (occasional)
* **What they use** -- the features that user personally touches

Open a user to see their individual history.

## Why concentration matters

An account with 500 sessions a month all from one person is fragile. If that person leaves, changes role, or goes on leave, your usage goes to zero and your renewal conversation has no champion in it.

Superhawk flags this directly. Warnings appear when a secondary user disengages, and more urgently when they disengage severely -- because the account is quietly reverting to single-user dependence.

## What to do about it

| What you see | What it usually means | What to do |
| ------------------------------------- | ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| One focused user, no others | Champion dependence | Get a second person trained before renewal |
| Several casual users, no focused ones | Nobody has made it routine | Find the workflow worth building a habit around |
| Focused users across teams | Genuinely embedded | Look for expansion, not risk |
| A previously focused user gone quiet | Role change or disengagement | Check with your contact before assuming the worst |

<Tip>
Compare User Breakdown against your [contact list](/accounts/overview). A stakeholder who is prominent in your CRM but absent from the product is a gap worth closing.
