# Hawkeye View

> The summary read on how a trial evaluation is going.

The Hawkeye View is the first tab on a trial account. It is the one screen to open before a call: where the evaluation stands, what is working, what is not, and what needs doing.

<Note>
  Hawkeye View used to be a standalone report under **Reports**. It is now a tab on the trial account it describes. See [Trial Accounts](/accounts/trial-accounts).
</Note>

## What is on it

### Summary

A written read on the evaluation, generated from everything Superhawk has: sessions, calls, emails, and CRM activity. Start here -- it is the paragraph you would want a colleague to give you if you were walking into the call cold.

### Trial health and value realization

The headline assessment, with the components behind it:

* **Value realization** -- how far the prospect has got toward the outcomes they came for
* **Team engagement** -- how many people at the company are actually in the product
* **Champion activity** -- whether your main contact is still active
* **Friction penalty** -- how much observed friction is dragging the read down

### Key features

Which of your key features the prospect has adopted, and which are still **Not Explored**. Unexplored key features are the most direct input into what to demo next.

### Key asks adoption

The things the prospect said they needed, and whether they have actually reached them. See [Key Outcomes](/accounts/key-outcomes) for the full view.

### Friction areas

Where the product got in their way, drawn from session activity and errors. Includes sessions with errors and the specific errors encountered, so you can raise them before the prospect does.

### Users

A breakdown of who is in the product, split into **Focused Users** and **Casual Users**, with warnings when a secondary user has disengaged. Concentration in a single user is a common late-stage risk. See [User Breakdown](/accounts/user-breakdown).

### Activity timeline

A chronological view of the evaluation: sessions, calls, emails, and milestones, from trial start onward. Use it to see whether momentum is building or fading.

### Action required

The specific next steps Superhawk recommends, each with a way to act on it directly -- draft an email, schedule a call, or send a message to your team.

## Reading it well

* **Not Explored is more actionable than Adopted.** The gap tells you what the next conversation should cover.
* **Watch the shape of the timeline, not just the totals.** Twenty sessions in week one and none in week three is a very different account from steady weekly usage.
* **Single-user concentration is a risk even when engagement looks strong.** One enthusiastic evaluator who cannot get colleagues into the product rarely converts.
